Can List as Bronze Members?
PeninsularHouse.Com is for vacation rental
property owners and sole property managers ONLY! Travel
agents, vacation specialists, booking agents or any other
agents/managers who compete/share in the advertising of
properties are prohibited from listing with us, if you list,
it will be deleted.
Our policy guidelines are as follows :
Please make sure you are in compliance to avoid cancellation.
1.
Your property must be available for rent at least 90 days
each year!
2. Your email address/phone number/URL can appear
anywhere.
3. Each listing is for one property, ads
for multiple homes or your company is not allowed.
4. Only one listing is allowed for bronze members.
no exceptions.
5. It makes good sense to place your listing in
the nearest category to its actual location. if you want
us to consider opening a new category, send an e-mail
to info@peninsularhouse.com
with your request..
We
do not scan every listing. We use sampling techniques
to verify compliance.
