Description: Within a very private compound, this newly restored conch style home is situated on tiny Conch Key at the Southwesterly foot of the Long Key Bridge, Overseas Highway Mile Post 63, Bay side. You will enjoy views of great sunsets from our dock, deck, tiki,porch and roof top deck. Fishing and lobstering opportunities are truly excellent. From our 65 foot dock you will have direct access to the Gulf, Florida Bay and a vast array of flats and shoals and channels. Proceeding easterly, a five minute ride in your boat will take you under the Bridge and into the Atlantic Ocean. The Reef is just 5.5 miles away. The property is spacious. On site parking is ample. The property is completely walled in on the landward side and served by an electric access gate. The Hawks' Cay resort, with its fine marina, charter boats, parasailing, restaurants and other activities is available 1 mile away. Conch Key is a breath from the past. Still occupied to a considerable degree by active lobstermen and crabbers, Conch Key provides a real living Keys community impacted little by the fast spreading commercialism of the rest of the Keys. No tee shirt shops.
