Description: A split level 3 bedroom 2 bath home. The master suit is the entire upstairs of the home with a large heart shaped Jacuzzi tub. The patio off the back of the home at that level is great for sunning. It is only 1800/wk in season.The porch that runs down the entire length of the Canal Side of the home. It is fully screened and very large with French doors that open so that it becomes part of the living room area in the fall.The dining area is just inside of the porch, The Princess Conch is set up to sleep a total of 9 people. There is a King in the Master, Queen in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom, and 2 double futons in the living room. Home is totally furnished with TV, vcr, and many other conveniences that will make your stay more enjoyable. Sorry no smoking inside, there is plenty of room on the Screened Porch.The Canal is also a great place to swim, with clear water throughout, and many interesting fishes- it is one house back from a large lagoon. This pool is special because it has a 5.5' Depth, but also has an area around the back that is a bench where everyone can hang out- you can see it where the steps go in, it follows around the whole back side.The pool has a privacy fence to the left of this home.The house is one house back from a beautiful lagoon. At the one side of the lagoon is the Direct Gulf, and the Vaca Cut is less than ten minutes to the North. This home has great access and 75' of Dockage for you vacationers with more than one boat. A nice fish cleaning table is also right on the canal, if you have been able to catch some of our fine fresh Florida Game fish, or Yellowtail.
