Description: This 3 bedroom house is located on a peninsula of land surrounded by water on all sides, apart from the driveway entered from Morton Street, by using North Drive. It offers the privacy of an island, including a small private beach area for sunbathing, with no neighbors overlooking the house grounds. The house is furnished as a residence, fully equipped, including Comcast high speed internet. From the boat dock you can swim and explore the bay. The sea views are clear and interrupted. It's a place people return to, year after year. The master bedroom suite (king sized bed) is completely separate, and even has its own private balcony. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. The daybed in the living room has two twin mattresses.
