New swimming pool and spa, with deck – and a secluded beach offering absolute privacy when sun bathing. This secluded & private home is on a peninsula of land surrounded by sea on all sides. Tucked away in total privacy abutting over Grassy Key harbor, with clear interrupted sea views, it’s still just a short drive away from Marathon City. With three bedrooms and two baths, a small completely private beach area, heated swimming pool and spa, the house has an island like setting. The home is nicely furnished, fully equipped, including Internet and e-mail service. The master bedroom suite is completely separate, and has its own private balcony. You will enjoy swimming and exploring the bay from the boat dock. As you would expect visitors return here year after year, so it’s good to book as far in advance as possible. Bedrooms: 3 ~ Bathrooms: 2 ~ Sleeps up to: 8 The master bedroom suite has a king bed, its own bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms have queen beds. The sitting/living room area has a queen settee sleeper and a day bed with 2 twin mattresses.

& Activities: On Grassy Key you will find an excellent selection of restaurants. My favorite is the Galley Wreck sports bar and restaurant. It's located between the Dolphin Research Center and Grassy Key marina. you can see all of these in the distance over the bay southward. A short drive southward will take you to the City of Marathon. there you will find something for every taste including a wide variety of restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. Including Publix, Winn Dixie, K-Mart and other large stores for food and supplies.
