Description: This 3 bedroom house is located on a peninsula of land surrounded by water on all sides, apart from the driveway entered from Morton Street, by using North Drive. It offers the privacy of an island, including a small private beach area for sunbathing, with no neighbors overlooking the house grounds. The house is furnished as a residence, fully equipped, including computer with internet and e-mail service. From the boat dock you can swim and explore the bay. The sea views are clear and uninterrupted. It's a place people return to, year after year.

& Activities: The new Heated Pool and Spa is completed. It’s a nice addition to this popular vacation destination and after a recent extensive landscaping project, the grounds surrounding the house are very pleasant. Our private sandy beach, which sits alongside the pool, with uninterrupted sea views, is great for getting that perfect sun tan in absolute privacy.Depth of water off the dock is sufficient for larger boats up to 30 foot. The Peninsular House is the perfect place to relax. It overlooks Grassy Key harbor at the northern end of Marathon, across the water from the Grassy Key Marina and the Dolphin Research Center On Grassy Key you will find a very good selection of first class restaurants and a wide range of services for the water sports enthusiast.The City of Marathon is a short dive southward. Bahia Honda State Park if just across the 7 mile bridge at the southern end of Marathon. A short drive to the south to No Name Key is the place to see the small Key Deer. The City of Key West is at the end of the Overseas Highway 58.6 miles from the house. To the north a 20-mile drive away is Islamorada, excellent food and entertainment. Another 20 miles northward is Key Largo and the John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, for snorkeling and diving.We are a pet friendly house, but ask for a small non-refundable deposit to cover the extra cleaning.
